​You can book mentorship with or without taking any course.

  • If you’re currently in one of my courses, we’ll tailor support to the module you’re on.

  • If you’re not in a course, we’ll still use the same frameworks and practices to guide you or customize the frameworks according to your goals, your season, and your energy.​

What to expect in a session?

​A typical 60 minute session include:

​

  1. Arrive & attune (2–5 min): a brief grounding to land and breathe.

  2. Choose the focus (5-8 min): we clarify what matters most today.

  3. Deep dive (35–40 min): we identify and apply the best-fitting framework for what you're navigating

  4. Harvest (5-10 min): we distill decisions, next steps, and resources.

  5. Integration note (5 min): you leave with a plan and practice to carry forward. 

​

Sessions are rooted, focused, heart-centered, collaborative and practical.

 

If you’re in a course, we’ll weave in your lessons and modules. If you’re not, we’ll still use the same principles or principles beyond the course that are tailored to you.

How we meet?

  • Online (default): Zoom from anywhere. You’ll receive a private link after booking.

  • Session length: 60 minutes

What's included?

  • Personalized session plan based on your intake form and goals.

  • Gentle practices (breathwork, body awareness, micro‑rituals) to support calm and clarity.

  • A guided pathway using my course-inspired frameworks (even if you’re not enrolled) plus additional frameworks not included in the courses

  • Action map with your next 1–3 steps and a light accountability plan.

  • Resource notes (templates, prompts, links) curated for your goals, if applicable.

  • Optional voice support: tips and micro‑drills for speaking with ease and presence.

How booking works?

  1. Choose your package and reserve your spot.

  2. Complete a short intake so we can use our time well.

  3. Meet for your first session (Zoom).

  4. Integrate with your recap and next steps.

Readiness checklist

You’ll benefit most if you:

  • Can meet for 60 minutes with minimal distraction

  • Are willing to experiment kindly (no perfection required)

  • Are willing to be honest about what’s not working

  • Are open to small steps instead of all-or-nothing pushes

  • Want both inner work and practical action

Not the best fit if you want quick fixes, high‑pressure hustle, or clinical therapy (see FAQ).

FAQ

Do I need to have taken your courses already to book?
 

No. You can book a mentorship even if you’ve never taken a course. We’ll use the same supportive frameworks or additional frameworks beyond the course but customize them to your goals and season.

What if I don’t know which course I need support with?
 

That’s common. We’ll clarify your season and choose or even create a new track together.

​

​

Can I use a package across different courses?


Yes. Packages can be used for any of the courses.

​

​

What do I need for the session?


A quiet space, stable internet, and something to take notes with. If you can and if you're enrolled in a course, bring your course notes or tell me what module you’re on.

​

​

Is there homework?


Only what supports you. Expect 1–3 simple practices or actions between sessions.

​

 

How soon will I see results?


Most people feel relief and clarity after the first session. Results deepen with integration. It’s less about speed and more about sustainable change. Most people benefit from a 3–6 session container for momentum and integration. A 12-session container can bring a deep life transformation.

Is this therapy?


No. This is mentorship and coaching. Coaching focuses on goals, patterns, and forward movement. It’s supportive and transformative, but not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care. It can feel healing, but it isn’t psychotherapy or medical treatment. Please consult a licensed practitioner if therapy is what you need.

 

 

Do you offer single sessions?


Yes. “Clarity” is for a specific decision or reset. Most people benefit from a 3–6 session container for momentum and integration. A 12-session container can bring a deep life transformation.

 

 

What’s your reschedule policy?


You can reschedule up to 72 hours in advance via your confirmation email. Cancellations within 72 hours are considered a used session.

 

 

Do you work with businesses?


Yes. We can focus on brand clarity, values‑aligned strategy, gentle systems, and restorative growth. Corporate or team offerings are available by request. Please email flourishlayalife@gmail.com
